Our Funding and Delivery
Where our money comes from and what we spend it on?
Working in partnership with the Liberian Government, Development Partners, UN Agencies, Civil Society, Community Based Organizations UNDP through programmatic interventions combined with expertise and comparative advantage, will help identify local solutions to meet global and national development challenges that will improve the living standards of poor and vulnerable Liberians and offer a future of dignity, equality and opportunities for all.
The funding that UNDP receives from its development partners is channeled directly towards programming that strengthens the capacity of national bodies to manage the peace consolidation and development process.
UNDP gets its revenue through two main sources: Exchange and Non Exchange revenue. Exchange revenues are revenues received by UNDP for performing services or delivering goods (such as the sale of the Human Development Report) while Non exchange revenues are revenues for which no service is performed or good is delivered.
